• Work together with Leads/Supes and HoD of various Departments to help set the expected standard for final outputs.
• Provide creative and technical directions for artists to incorporate into the lighting process.
• Oversee artists and provide guidance with troubleshooting technical and creative roadblocks.
• Continually liaise with Production regarding task assignments and schedules.
